Terms of Service

The rules for using AI Zombie (aizombie.si), buying credits and sharing the zombie films you make.

These terms apply to aizombie.si ("AI Zombie", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

AI Zombie turns two photos you upload into a short AI-generated film in the style of the TikTok "AI zombie" trend. The first photo is the survivor; the second is the one who has turned into a zombie, either another person or a dog or cat. Films are 15 seconds long by default and are rendered by the Seedance model you pick in the generator (Seedance 2.0 Mini by default, or Seedance 2.0 Fast, 2.0 or 2.5), run by third-party AI video providers. The model also generates the film's sound.

Results are generated automatically and can differ from what you expect: faces, bodies, hands, a pet's breed and markings, motion and sound are not guaranteed to match your photos or the planned shots.

AI Zombie is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or by the creators whose videos started the zombie trend.

About the film

Every film follows the same fictional story: in a farmhouse after an outbreak, the survivor raises a handgun at the one who has turned, cannot fire, lets the gun fall and opens their arms; the zombie leaps, and the leap cuts to the two of them embracing in a sunny memory. So the film shows a zombie, a handgun that is raised but never fired, and an embrace. Our instructions to the model ask for no blood and no wounds, but AI output varies and a film can include things we did not ask for. Watch the whole film before you share it.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits.

What you may upload

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use, of people who have agreed to appear in your film. For the pet version, only upload photos of your own pet, or of a pet whose owner has given you permission. You must not upload or create:

  • images of a person without their consent, or of anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent;
  • photos of someone else's pet without the owner's permission;
  • films that show a real person as a zombie, or facing a gun, in a way meant to deceive, harass, threaten or demean them;
  • sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content, or content involving minors in any such way;
  • content that harasses, threatens, defames or demeans anyone;
  • content designed to make a real person, including a public figure, appear to say or do something in order to deceive people;
  • content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or publicity rights, or that is otherwise illegal.

We may refuse, stop or delete renders, and suspend accounts, that break these rules. Your photos and finished film are checked automatically for sexual or other unsafe content, and the AI provider may also decline inputs it considers unsafe. If an input is declined before your film starts, you are not charged; if a render is stopped or its result is withheld, the credits it used are returned.

Credits and payments

  • Every film is paid with credits when you create it; there is no free trial, free preview or sign-up credit. The number of credits a film uses is shown before you confirm.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Monthly plan credits stay usable for 35 days from when they are granted. Yearly plan credits are granted at the start of the billing year and stay usable for 370 days.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Credits you already received remain usable until they expire. Deleting your account also stops your subscription from renewing; the period you already paid for is not refunded.
  • If a render fails, the credits it used are returned automatically.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

Your films and your rights

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to store and process them, and to send them to our AI video providers and content safety service, solely to create your film and to operate the service.

You may download and share the films you make. You are responsible for how you use them, including checking that the people in them are happy for the film to be shared. Films come with sound generated by the AI model and no licensed music; if you want the trend sound or other music on your post, add it through the platform you post to (for example TikTok or Instagram) under that platform's licenses. AI-generated videos may need to be labeled as AI-made on some platforms; follow their rules.

Availability

We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. Rendering depends on third-party providers and may be slow or paused at times.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will note it on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
