Privacy Policy

This policy explains how aizombie.si ("AI Zombie", "we") handles personal data. AI Zombie turns two photos into a short AI-generated zombie film: the first photo is the survivor, the second is the one who has turned, either another person or a dog or cat.

What we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
• Your photos. The photos you add to make a film: the survivor, and the person, dog or cat who turns. Photos are redrawn in your browser before upload, which also removes embedded location data.
• Your films. The films rendered for you, and the settings you chose, such as who turns (a person or a pet), model, length, quality and format.
• Purchase data. Orders, amounts and subscription status. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Support requests. What you write to us in Support, and which of your films or payments it is about. They are kept until you delete your account.
• Technical data. IP address, browser and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
• Visit data. The pages you open on our site and how long you stay, the site that sent you, the first page you landed on, your country and whether you use a phone or a computer, tied to a random visitor ID kept in a cookie, and to your account when you are signed in. We use it to see how people find and use the site.

Why we use it

To create and store your films, run your account and credits, take payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests and keep the service secure.

When you are signed in, each photo is checked for sexual or other unsafe content as soon as you add it, and the copy made for that check is deleted right after. Before a film is made your photos are checked again, and the finished film is checked before it is shown to you. These checks are automatic and are not perfect.

Who processes it

We use carefully selected service providers, each only for the job described here:

• AI video providers. The third-party AI service that runs the Seedance model you pick in the generator (Seedance 2.0 Mini by default, or Seedance 2.0 Fast, 2.0 or 2.5) receives your photos and the rendering instructions, which describe the film's shots, and returns the finished film. For some models your photos are first placed in the provider's private review area, which is required for photos of real people; we remove them after your render ends. These providers keep generation logs and results under their own terms, for their own limited periods.
• A content safety service checks your photos and the finished film for sexual or other unsafe content.
• Hosting, storage and database providers run the site and store your account, photos and films.
• Google provides sign-in.
• Stripe processes payments.
• A privacy-friendly analytics service counts page views and sign-up and purchase steps without setting cookies of its own.
• A team messaging service tells our team about new payments and support requests. These alerts include your account email and, for a support request, the start of your message.

Some of these providers process data outside your country. We only share what each one needs to do its job.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or films to train AI models.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos: deleted 7 days after the render finishes, whether it succeeded or failed.
• Finished films: kept in your account until you delete them or delete your account.
• Account data: kept while your account is open.
• Order and payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to 7 years, even after you delete your account.
• Security logs: kept for a limited period for abuse prevention.

Your choices and rights

• Delete any film from My videos. The film and its photos are then removed from our storage.
• Delete your account from Account settings. Your sign-in is revoked at once, and 30 days later we permanently delete your account, your photos and your films, except records we must keep by law. Deleting your account also stops any subscription from renewing.
• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email us to use them.

Cookies and browser storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and keep the timer of a limited-time offer. For our own visit statistics we set a cookie with a random visitor ID and cookies that remember the site and page you first arrived from. We do not use advertising cookies.

The generator also keeps the photos you add, and your choices, in your browser's own storage on your device for a short time, so they are still there after you sign in or pay. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Children

The service is not for children under 13, and buying credits requires you to be an adult. Do not upload photos of minors without a parent or guardian's consent.
