Zombie Trend Captions and Sounds (and the AI Label)
The zombie trend film says nothing out loud: no dialogue, only wind, breathing, a growl, the gun hitting the floor and soft piano. The words come from you, in one short line on screen and a caption under the post. This guide has lines that fit the story, how to use the trend sound, and the AI label TikTok, YouTube and Instagram ask for.

On-screen lines for the zombie trend
Put the line where it does not cover a face: over the first two seconds (the close-up in tears) or the meadow at the end. One line, a few words.
- “Even like this, I’d choose you.”
- “I had one bullet. I kept it.”
- “You’d do the same for me.”
- “Some people you never stop recognising.”
- For a pet: “Still my good boy.” / “Nine lives, one me.”
Post captions
- Couple: “Tag the one you couldn’t shoot.”
- Friends: “Ride or die, apparently literally.”
- Pet: “Zombie or not, he’s coming home.”
- Halloween: “Our Halloween plans got complicated.”
Say it is AI in the caption too, for example “made with AI from two photos”. It is honest and it heads off the “is this real?” comments.
Using the trending sound
Several sites trace the zombie trend’s sound to a short film called “CHOICE”, credited to the creator techmaf. We could not confirm the original post, so we will not name a track as the official one. What works on any platform: add the sound you hear on the trend posts with the app’s own sound picker, then turn the film’s own audio down rather than off, so the gun hitting the floor still lands.
Our film’s own sound is written for it: the growl at the zombie close-up, the thud of the gun, the piano at the meadow. It works without any trend sound if you prefer.
The AI label on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
- TikTok asks people to label AI-generated content that contains realistic images, audio or video.
- YouTube asks creators to disclose when they use AI to meaningfully alter or generate realistic content.
- Meta asks people on Facebook, Instagram and Threads to use its AI disclosure when they post photorealistic video that was digitally created or altered.
Our MP4 also carries the video model’s “made with AI” label (C2PA) inside the file, which some platforms read on upload.
FAQ
What text do people put on the zombie trend video?
One short line about choosing the other person anyway, such as “Even like this, I’d choose you”, placed over the opening close-up or the meadow so it does not cover a face.
How do I use the trending sound with my zombie video?
Add it in TikTok or Instagram with the sound picker when you post, and lower the film’s own audio instead of muting it.
What song is the zombie trend?
There is no single official song. Several sites credit the trend’s audio to a short film called CHOICE by techmaf; we could not confirm the original post. Our film comes with its own sound and no song.
Do I have to label the zombie video as AI?
TikTok, YouTube and Meta all ask for realistic AI video to be labelled. Use the platform’s AI label and say it in the caption.
